We are pleased to announce that we have now officially received full planning permission for 119 High Street, Southampton. The project will see 257 purpose built student accommodation beds, in an area that has a significant undersupply, with rising student numbers across two universities putting pressure on existing stock. Further contributing to the regeneration of the high street.
This has been a huge effort by our team over the last 12 months.
