Example 1 – Spacious Double Occupancy Room

The Type 4 Studio apartment is large spacious double occupancy room complete with ensuite bathroom, self-contained fully fitted kitchen, wardrobe, and large dual study area. The Type 4 apartment can be configured as either a double room for couples or twin room for joint sharing occupancy.

The Type 5 Cluster apartment is a single occupancy room specially designed for disabled occupancy. The apartment complies with all spaces design guidelines for disabled occupancy. The Type 5 comes with ensuite bathroom, a study area and wardrobe. Making it the ideal space for students wanting a private study and living space.
