Stelling Properties has been successfully appointed to the YPO Modular Buildings and Modern Methods of Construction Framework, reinforcing its position as a trusted delivery partner to the UK public sector. The national framework provides public sector organisations with a clear and compliant route to access modular construction solutions across a wide range of sectors, including education, healthcare and housing.

By securing a place on the framework, Stelling joins a select group of providers recognised for their capability, quality and ability to deliver. All appointed suppliers meet rigorous standards across compliance, safety and value, providing confidence for contracting authorities.

With increasing pressure on delivery programmes, budgets and the need to reduce disruption on live sites, modular construction is becoming a more practical route for many public sector projects. Stelling’s approach, combining in-house manufacturing with delivery expertise, is designed to bring greater certainty to schemes where time, cost and quality all need careful control.

The appointment strengthens Stelling’s ability to support public sector clients with high-quality modular accommodation, drawing on its experience delivering across complex schemes and varied project requirements.

John Bell, Group Managing Director at Stelling Properties, commented:

“We are pleased to be appointed to the YPO Modular Buildings and MMC Framework. It reflects the strength of our delivery capability and the confidence in modular construction as a reliable solution for the public sector.

We understand the challenges many organisations are facing around programme certainty, cost control and minimising disruption. This framework creates a straightforward route to access solutions that address those challenges, and we look forward to supporting projects across the UK.”

The framework will run for up to four years, enabling public sector organisations to procure modular solutions efficiently through direct award or a streamlined competitive process.
