Trigon is a developer and operator of luxury hotels, with the need to minimise the time the business was closed and to reduce the impact on the local environment, the development project needed to be completed quickly and with the minimum of disruption to the surrounding areas. Stelling Properties worked closely with Trigon to engineer a scheme which used modular construction principles to deliver the project in-line with the client’s requirements. The project was a major refurbishment of prestigious city centre hotel.

Amenities include a Leisure Centre which has a large indoor 20 metre swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and gym.
