Unilife is a developer and operator of luxury student accommodation. As the development site is in a city centre location, the client had a requirement that the project be completed quickly and with the minimum amount of disruption to the surrounding area. Working closely with Unilife and employing modular construction, Stelling Properties will complete the whole project from start to finish in 9 months.

The development consists of 100 luxury self-contained student studio apartments, with the initial development of 84 apartments with further development of 16 apartments.

This building is set in the heart of Guildford, overlooking the River Wey. We are providing 82 studios for students at the nearby Surrey University. The accommodation is designed to provide first class facilities for its residence to work, relax and play.

Designed by award-winning architects Flanagan Lawrence, this project includes a cinema room, gym, quiet study space and stylish living accommodation.
