Unilife is a developer and operator of luxury student accommodation. As the development site was in a built-up residential area, the client had a requirement that the project be completed quickly and with the minimum amount of disruption to the surrounding area. Stelling Properties worked closely with Unilife to engineer the best solution for this development and used modular construction to deliver the project.

The development consists of 104 luxury self-contained student studio apartments with communal socialising and amenity areas over 3 storeys in 2014. The student accommodation looks out onto one of the Southampton’s most beautiful parks and for this reason lots of students love it.

The development consistent of stylish studio accommodation for individuals, couples and friends. Amenities include communal areas, a large common room, gym, laundry room and two quiet study rooms.

The building is situated right in the city centre just minutes from Southampton Solent University and just a short bus ride to the University of Southampton campus.
