Unilife is a developer and operator of luxury student accommodation. As the development site was in a busy residential area, the client had a requirement that the project be completed quickly and with the minimum amount of disruption to the surrounding area. Stelling Properties worked closely with Unilife to engineer the best solution for this development and used modular construction to deliver the project.

The development consists of 124 luxury self-contained student studio apartments with communal socialising and amenity areas over 7 storeys completed in 2016.

Middle Street is our development for Arlington in Portsmouth and is situated just a three-minute walk from the Portsmouth University Quarter.

New, purpose-built, student accommodation includes a range of studios from Standard to VIP as well as a disabled access studio on every floor. Amenities include spacious communal areas, a lounge, study rooms, state of the art gym and a laundry room.
