Thoughtfully designed communal spaces
The communal interiors at 119 High Street have been carefully designed by Hastie Studios to support everyday student life. The layouts balance social and quieter spaces, allowing residents to study, relax and connect within a welcoming environment.
Material choices, lighting and furniture layouts have been selected to create warm, durable and practical spaces that encourage interaction while remaining calm and comfortable throughout the building.
Delivered through modular construction

Manufacturing elements offsite supports a more controlled build process, reduced disruption in the city centre and greater certainty in programme and delivery, while maintaining a high standard of finish throughout the scheme.

These shared environments are integral to student wellbeing, providing flexible spaces that adapt to different needs throughout the day.
